  Onwaarschijnlijk slechte service. Probleem met een recente thermostaat gemaild en gebeld. Geen antwoord. Niet meer van deze tijd dus ver wegblijven van dit bedrijf.

  Hilarious. They keep you in the loop for hours until closing time so that they can finally put down the receiver and go home. They also sent their technician to the wrong address ... would they call and check, or have any doubts? No. They promised to call back ... don't ask me if they ever did. Waiting for an appointment since more than three weeks. Heat down in a new house. Amazing.

  Zeer slechte ervaring met zowel de ketel als met de service. We moeten meer dan een maand wachten op de levering van een stuk; dat we ondertussen geen verwarming hebben is geen probleem voor Vaillant; de dienst na verkoop is van het slechtste niveau dat ik al ooit gezien heb. Heel ontgoochelend. Mijn besluit staat vast: nooit meer een Vaillant.

  The after-service of Bulex is terrible and the product quality very doubtful. I wouldn't recommend a Bulex to anyone, and many technicians share my thoughts.

  My 3 children, my wife and I have had 4 weekends in February without heating because a spare part was out of stock. We have had no news and no delivery time estimation during 3 weeks ! I hope this will never happen to you.
