::My whole experience was fine. I have applied in many TLScontact centers across the world. this center is not the best but not as bad as described here in the comments. After exactly three weeks I got an email telling me that my passport is being handed to DHL. The only problem there was no tracking number in the email, and i can not reach them because their online contact system is not working, unlike all TLS centers I have been to who all had the exact same system. I just need a way to get my tracking number so I can arrange pickup with DHL. Got my passport in exactly 3 weeks as promised, maybe not the most organised center but definitely good service. I will recommend. Review updated.

::This is really shame on you and STOP lies to people is this UK the great British? Act like this and make people wait huh this is really shame of UK they should change the stuff or the team really bad service not good lies to people keep our passport for 3 months that really shame and I advice people never apply for UK visa they will let without hope and all about money nothing else they take your money and nothing else .... it’s really really bad service I called 2 Times Chinese girl answer me and they take like 30 € from my bank and even she don’t speaking English she’s speaking English with Chinese eccent hehe believe me this is never happen in other Europe countries... shame on you UK visa center Brussels and shame on UK government they should change the team STOP LIE TO PEOPLE please I need my passport back as soon as possible we don’t need visa anymore

::Abysmal service at the TLS UK "office". Doesn't operate at all like a well-functioning Visa office for business/tourism (probably because they don't want us to come to the UK anymore). It was messy, badly maintained and with rude, unprofessional staff (one of them was texting all the time while attending to me, the other was screaming at her clients). I have no idea what TLS and the UK office are doing with our EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH 167 EUR in "service fees". A total SCAM and absolute RIPOFF. 0/5. Welcome to Brexit "Great" Britain. Furthermore, poor standards of TLS righly reflects the low-quality work ethic of the Brits as the UK Home office took 6 weeks to process my application instead of 15 days as promised. NEVER AGAIN VISITING THE UK. Moving my business to Germany.

::I am surprised by the number of negative comments on the Brussels tls Center , I was there today and I am delighted, I was well received from the receptionist as in the office of the application, they are nice and proffesional at the same time.

::Worst visa application experience I have ever had. Submitted my application on the 10th of January 2018. Its over a month now and I have no information whatsoever about when my passport will be returned back. I have already called SITEL (payed service) 4 times now and each time they have a standard response saying wait for 15 more days. I was also told a decision on my application was already done on 26th January but until now I havent received any info on the dispatch of my passport. The call centre agents say they cannot escalate the issue. I have no means to contact the embassy directly neither can I contactTLS. I have no clue whom I can escalate ths issue to get info on my passport. My travel dates have already passed . Do not care what the decision is any more .After all this experience , no one would even care to visit UK . Just need my passport back. So TLS centre please help .This is a kind request: please consider this issue seriously and after so many bad reviews from applicant's atleast try to work on it to retrun the applicant's originals in time. UKVI says decision was made within 15 working days. But I have not received my passport back until . Could you justify such a long delay in not returning the passport then ? Please revert as soon as possible and please please update the contact number on website. I am staying outside my home country and need my passport back urgently. Kindly help!!!!!!
