::Company laptop went in for battery replacement. Was handed over to me with all data deleted from it, with the operating system reinstalled in a different language and with only an admin user with an unknown password. Nothing was mentioned about this when the laptop was handed back. When asked why all data was removed from it without notifying for me the answer was as following "in de testen kreeg ik foutmeldingen, daarom heb ik gewist en een herinstallatie gedaan, omdat er geen backup werd gevraagd en ik er vanuit ging dat je zelf een backup had."
