  La qualité d'un service client se mesure à la façon de gérer les soucis lorsqu'ils se présentent, à l'écoute, et à la recherche sincère de solutions. Et ici c'est dramatique! Suite à une erreur de saisie, mes dates de réservation étaient incorrectes. Immédiatement contacté, le service de réservation de l'hôtel n'a rien voulu savoir. Ils me facturent l'intégralité du coût de la réservation. Aucune considération humaine, pas d'écoute, pas d'empathie. Une usine déshumanisée où le client n'est pas une personne mais une ligne sur un planning! Quelle émotion négative et quelle déception!

  Задержали рейс и мы не успели на следующий. Авиакомпания обеспечила нас отелем и едой. Без багажа с ребенком. Один из самых шикарных отелей напротив аэропорта! Завтрак - шведский стол. Блюда на любой вкус! Принесли кроватку малышу оперативно и полотенца! Консьерж обеспечил зубными принадлежностями и памперсами! Быстро! Без лишних вопросов! Шикарный огромный телек в номере! Уютное кресло... Огромная кровать! Вот это я понимаю сервис)

  Letterlijk op enkele stappen van de vertrekhal gelegen dus ideaal voor een stress vrije nacht voor je vliegreis. De kamer was erg goed geïsoleerd, je hoort niets van het luchtverkeer. Ruime kamer met alle comfort en een zeer goed bed. Enige minpuntje was lawaai van airco. Die van de eigen kamer was makkelijk af te zetten, maar het algemene systeem bleef de hele tijd hoorbaar. Dit was voor een kamer achteraan op de tweede verdieping. Kan voor andere kamers misschien geen probleem vormen.

  Hotel is very convenient for an airport hotel. Just cross the road in front of departure and you are there. One elevator is available from arrival level. Rooms are conferrable and extremely quit. No soinds from airport at all!!. Restaurant and pub is very good....maybe a bit pricey, but it is Sheraton, you can't expect something different. Recommend!!

  Due to weather conditions in Oslo I didn’t make my connection and Brussels Airlines put me up here for the evening. I loved it! Beautiful large rooms, really comfy beds, the restaurant was divine, service was perfect. There’s always usually something but here, I just really loved! :) would definitely recommend.
