  Expérience catastrophique en ORL, dans le cadre d'une intervention chirurgicale fonctionnelle. Pas de transparence, pas d'information correcte et honnête, pas de suivi post-opératoire adéquat et sérieux. Aucune humanité, aucune bienveillance, aucun souci des besoins réels et du bien-être du patient, méthodes hyper-invasives, mutilantes et dépassées. Pas de la médecine, juste du business. Résultats désastreux à tous point de vue. Catastrophic experience with an ear-nose&throat doctor who performed functional nose surgery on me. No transparency, no correct and honest information, no appropriate post-op follow-up and care. No humanity, no kindness, no concern for the real needs and the wellness of the patient. Über-invasive, mutilative and outdated methods. Not medicine, just business. Desastrous results in every respect.

  Bref passage aux urgences pour recoudre une plaie: temps total très raisonnable (1h) mais vue par 4 ou 5 personnes différentes. Chacune défaisait ce que la précédente venait de faire...Sortie sans aucun conseil, papier, matériel, ... excepté l'info selon laquelle je devais faire ôter les fils après 7 jours. Donc, une infection s'est développée et les fils ont dû être ôtés par mon médecin traitant plus tôt que prévu. En outre, d'après mon médecin traitant, 7 jours ne suffisent pas pour une cicatrisation correcte.

  I recently had a CT scan done there and was treated very well from start to finish. The receptionist was pleasant as she registered me, the radiology technician was fluent in English and took time to explain to me the various stages of the procedure. My grand daughter has also had ENT surgery there and that was done with the staff providing a warm and professional experience for us. No problems encountered in our visits and therefore no complaints.

  Clean, modern and certainly the various doctors and staff I've had the experience to meet over the years have been polite, professional and helpful.

  Very friendly and care taking midwives in the maternity ward.
