  On February 14th, I ordered from the Re.si Bike website (and paid $100 via credit card) for a pair of cycling bibs to be shipped to me in Florida, USA. Re.si Bike acknowledged via email my order and payment. Six weeks later, they have not arrived. Most aggravating, however is the fact that they will not respond to my emails concerning this problem. I have used every email address listed on their website with no response. Short of actually calling Belgium I don't know what else to do. I have ordered bicycle related products from all over the world including mainland China and never had a problem before. Very, very frustrating.
