  at first I had a very pleasant conversation with Christoph regarding our balloon flight. me and my friend were very excited but due to poor rain conditions we decided to postpone to the next day. Christoph had stated during our initial conversation that if it is to rain he will have to postpone. he instead sounded desperate for our business and attempted to pull guilt into me for reasons in which he said he had to 'pull strings' for us, as all I ever asked for was to be served beers instead of champagne. the next day we had 20+ Celsius and minimal clouds in the sky. Christoph had cancelled on us and didn't bother informing us until 3 hours before. 1star poor service.

  This was my first time traveling in a hot air balloon and I can't believe I waited so long to do this. Christophe and his assistant (I forgot his name, sorry) were excellent. He runs a top notch company and takes such care in all the little details - informative website, champagne/waffels afterwards, certificate of completion, hotel pickup/drop-off, clear communications, etc. I can't recommend it highly enough. I loved helping out before/after, and the experience was just fantastic. I can't rave about this enough. This is a must do!! His assistant was born in Bruge and Christophe is from Belgium, so they were able to answer all our questions. It was such a lovely, romantic escape from reality. You will remember this for years to come! Stop reading and sign up!

  Great ballooning experience! We were very lucky as our planned flight was on a day the weather was temperamental however Kristof and the team were very helpful and kept us informed. The views were breaking and the team really knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend these guys honestly worth every penny! Was absolutely incredible. Thank you very much once again & hopefully see you soon :)

  We took a flight with lovely Christophe on his last day of season. We were blown away with the entire experience. We loved watching the process of setting up the balloon and learning from his great deal of expertise. In flight he took us past all the sites and even took us above the clouds which was so surreal. Afterwards I loved the touch of champagne and waffles. A lovely Belgian touch. We had our toddler with us. The company were so accommodating of her and very patient. Thank you for everything - I highly recommend.
