  On laisse poireauter les (ex-futurs) clients pendant des heures... il y a bien des membres du personnel dans les bureaux mais au lieu de venir s’occuper des clients qui attendent impatiemment, ils font la commande de sandwichs pour midi. En plus, le téléphone n’arrête pas de sonner, personne ne daigne y répondre . Visiblement, le magasin est ouvert sur le temps de midi mais on s’occupera de vous lorsque les estomacs des employés seront rassasiés.

  You are wasting your time here! First order the advice we received was incorrect as the tiles were not suitable for outside which we had clearly stipulated when discussing with the 'expert'. Then we ordered a new set which when we called on the arrival date had in fact not been ordered. By now we have wasted 6 weeks and have a pool without the fountain in working order because of the stupidity of Quadrus! Then when we call them to order more of the same tile for another area we are constantly put on hold with music playing. After this happens constantly we go to the store to find a small note in the window saying they are on holiday for a week. Clearly they don't know how their own telephone message system works and nor do they care in the least bit about customer service. All of their products are available elsewhere so please avoid for the sake of you sanity.

  Je pensais que cette firme était sérieuse, mais malgré un manque de mesures spécifiées sur mon bon de commande, ils m'ont fourni des mauvaises pièces , et comme par enchantement sur la facture les mesures étaient modifiées.Le responsable des ventes, et le directeur n'ont rien voulu admettre de leur erreur . Je me suis senti arnaqué et la manière dont j'ai été reçu par le responsable de Wavre est tout simplement inacceptable. Je ne recommanderai jamais cette firme.
