  We’ve bought a new Peugeot 3008 at this dealer and to our disappointment the delivery process was extremely sloppy and slow. If it wasn’t for my personal interference (mailing/calling/visiting the dealer), they would never have delivered the car within the legal maximum delay of 25% of the indicated/promised delivery time. The most annoying part of it all was the way my interference (that eventually lead to a delivery delay of exactly 25 %) was not met by an apologetic reaction but by a ‘borderline angry’ one. Please note that if any delay in delivery is foreseen, the dealer has to notify the client in writing of this fact and give them a new delivery date. We however have never been contacted by the dealer (not by phone, email or registered mail). Another interesting fact is that the car had been in their stock (somewhere in Brussels I suppose) two weeks prior to the indicated delivery date while final delivery (due to the pressure I had to apply on the dealer) will be more than 3 weeks after the indicated delivery date. In other words, very poor client handling. Buying a new vehicle is supposed to be a positive experience. Peugeot Meiser really ruined this for us. We would definitely avoid this dealer next time.

  Don't hesitate to be firm and to write a complaint if you feel you have been badly helped as was my case. I helped in my case.

  Had to do a maintenance here as the nearby Citroen was closed. They changed my oil and filter and in less than 3 months the filter started to leak and had to bring the car to another garage to have it fixed.

  Nice models. Sales person of Peugeot very helpful . The same can not be said about the sales person of Citroen selling in the same distribution centre
