  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. We had an amazing room. My husband and I traveled with our ten year old son and the room we reserved was perfect for all of us. We never felt on top of one another which is rare to find in any hotel in any city a for a reasonable rate. Unfortunately there was an issue at the buffet that I could not ignore thus we didn’t eat at the restaurant the rest of our stay. This hotel is directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station which is really convenient when travelling via the trains. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Grand Place from the hotel. One thing that you should be prepared for is the homeless population by the train station and surrounding roads - I wouldn’t recommend walking in the area at night.

  Very helpful front office staff. A nice place. Very handy to have a place just off the Brussels Midi station.

  Location is the main USP of this. After a tired journey, step out of the Brussels midi train station and the hotel is just across the street! Room is very warm, clean and peaceful! Check-in very quick and smooth! Breakfast lacked vegetarian options and cut-fruit /salads etc. There were few whole fruits though! Coffee was brilliant! Breakfast pastries were very limited! Smoothies were good! Staff very friendly!
