  Stefane (Vishandel Gilles) is a true craftsman fishmonger. He has a daily selection of the freshest premium fish. He is also very friendly and knows how to cut sashimi. He has the best crab salad in Gent. All his hapjes are good. If you want something he doesn't normally stock, ask him to order it a day before. His prepared foods are also excellent. I recommend the fish lasagna.
