  The prices here are too higher and the customer service is not good at all. People were polite though.

  Altijd al een goede service gekregen in deze winkel. Van de week begaf mijn wasmachine het en had dringend een nieuwe nodig. Aangezien er met de evolutie er meer en meer functies op de toestellen staan is het zeker niet gemakkelijk om een goede keuze te maken. Verkoper Fabrice heeft me daar super bij geholpen. Zijn tijd genomen om een woordje uitleg te geven over het toestel en dit is zeer belangrijk en klantvriendelijk. Dikke pluim voor hem en het ganse team van Vilvoorde want iedereen is er altijd klaar om raad te geven.

  Weeral eens naar de krefel geweest, dit is zeker niet de eerste keer in korte tijd, en ik zal hier echt blijven komen! Een super snelle goede service, zeer aangename mensen, die hun vak echt goed kennen. Zeer klantgericht, altijd topkwaliteit, en zeer snelle bediening. het is egt een aanrader om naar krefel Vilvoorde te komen. Ik ben alvast fan!!!😊

  Best manerger , Today (Saturday rday 20/01/2018) we went to Krëfel Vilvoorde for buy vacumcleaner (AIR FORCE EXTREME) THE CLEANING PERFORMANCE OF A CANISTER (ROWENTE) 24 V ***the problem is*** we went to the pay counter and wait around the pay counter to ask to be sure if we can pay with echo cheque. We do not know the system here. You have a waiting point at the pay counter. We waited around the pay counter Then , have new customer come your staff give sevice to other one without saying or explaining noting to us . Just say to us come to the waiting point . ( that all ) And then ,what we can say that staff in Krefel Vilvoorde really do not polite with the way he talk .One of them come and complain us like we do not have educated to waiting for service .The staff there should have more education to talk with customer, more training how to talk, to tell, to explain, to be professional with customer with the politeness way. the way he talk that he do not care customer. If he do not like to service. He should not come to work as staff service. Should looking for other job. ###then, we went to get vacum machine in Krëfel Zemts. Only can say “Staff over there have politeness and good service”###
