  HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. I was interested in purchasing a bracelet so I asked about the measurement. In an email exchange with Simon, I was given the measurement which worked for me so I purchased it. When I got the bracelet, the actual measurement was 2.5 cm smaller than what Simon told me. I contacted J.R. to let them know I would need to return it and 2 weeks later I got a reply. (They claim they were closed for 2 weeks). After many emails back and forth the J.R. sent me a return shipping label. It has now been over 3 weeks since they received the bracelet back yet they have not refunded me. They claim they can't refund me via credit card and want to send a wire transfer..... Very unprofessional. J.R. made the mistake with the measurement so they should take responsibility for it yet they have NOT. They have been rude to me on top of it!

  I buy here since 10 years for the birthday of my wife and I also bought some watch for me. We were always happy and if we had any problem we brought the piece bad for repair without any costs. They say 3 years garanty but we got a free repair also after 5 years. Best regards Lothar

  Beware of this place , they are thieves and cheaters , they will show you a "like new" shiny watch on the website and end up by giving you a crappy old and beaten thing , they will not return it . the manager Simon is very nice until you pay the money , then he will neglect your calls, emails , and be absolutely Rude . Worst experience in the world , bought a Rolex , sold it in a few weeks at 50% of what I paid because it was crap .

  I bought a Rolex Datejust after seeing it on Chrono24. The price seemed fine, I checked the watch personally in the shop, condition was very good, almost no sign of use. Box doesnt match the watch, also no papers, just manual. Seller provided a certificate of originality, which is just a paper. Guarantee should be 36 month according to the seller. The box was missing the rest of the links of the bracelet, so for men's hand it was too small. I visited the shop again, the seller added more links, free of charge.When I checked it again at home, the added links are a little bit bigger, also the pin looks different than the rest. In conclusion, it was a good deal for someone who wants to keep the watch for himself. Hopefully it will work as long as it should be. I recommend but be aware and check the details.

  They ripped me off. Paid a top price for a sub, was promised "like new in box with papers" received a poorly polished sub without proper paperwork and missmatched box and instructions. No official rolex documentation, Missing links and a deeply gouged bezel etc... Would not give me instructions for refund, now I am stuck with a watch that agrivates me and reminds me how terrible some people can be every time I look at it!
