::Bought here many times. Unfortunately for bigger items we’ve always had some kind of delivery issue, either timing isn’t respected or this time they forgot to book the driver... so we’ve booked lift and no driver shows up.... needless to say their customer service isn’t great either as they don’t even offer vouchers or small refund although they admit their mistake... ashame as nice to have a different choice than ikea but unfortunately the hassle isn’t worth it! ********************** i've updated the review as they have since offered a voucher

::Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop if you want to keep your sanity. I ordered 4 dining chairs from them in June 2017, after waiting for two months, the chairs never arrived and I asked for a refund. Despite our repeated reminders both on the phone and visiting the shop in person, we still haven’t received my deposit after 8 months... There’re already countless people who had ordered furniture from this shop but had to wait much longer than the timing that was communicated when placing the order. When there are problems with the orders and if you ever need to arrange a return or get a refund, this shop will do everything they can to not pay you back. Stay away from this shop, seriously.

::Très mauvais SAV après avoir acheté un salon complet à presque 3000€ j'ai un problème avec 1 pouf qu'ils ont éraflé .....ils ne veulent rien entendre car le fabricant refuse vu que ce n'est pas lui qui est en fautes.Par contre le magasinier qui est tout seul pour porter des grands canapés est obligé de les trainer au sol ce qui les érafles .Ils sont responsable mais ne veulent pas assumé leur faute.Je déconseille ce magasin Van der eecken/David
