  Decent, overpriced hotel in the European quarter. The staff are friendly to guests, but the design of the space isn't very welcoming. The lobby isn't a pleasant place to wait for someone and the washrooms only work with a room key. I found this rather odd in particular and didn't find it up to the standard one would expect of a Sofitel. Not really worth the money for the hotel, but their bread and butter are Eurocrats and people with business at the commission or parliament.

  Very nice and clean hotel. Love the spacious toilet with Hermes toiletries. They provide both still and sparkling water in the fridge.

  Warm welcome at reception, nice attention to details by housekeeping and heavenly bed. I'm impressed and very happy!

  Couldnt rate it high enough! An amazing hotel with staff that would always go the extra mile. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

  Very good experience. Amazing modern rooms with the perfect views out to bellow. Indoor balcony and waterfall with in the lobby, with relaxing music playing. The foot is perfection 👌🏻 the rooms are above perfect. The bathroom in your room is the most luxurious bathroom I have ever been in my life. Over if you are on a business or a holiday, it's differently a place to stay. Much better than trump tower!
