  I expected different level of hotel. Old, nice, but not clean as should be for this price.

  Good rooms, matching expectations and price but definitely dated structure that doesn't deserve the 4 stars anymore.

  I'd like to give 3.5stars but I can't, so I put ★★★★. It's an old hotel but cute. you can walk to downtown about 20~30mins. When we arrived there the fridge wasn't working and we told a receptionist about it but he might have not done anything, and the next day we asked another receptionist and she sent someone to fix it right away (but finally they couldn't fix it. No fridge while we stayed for 3 nights.) The buffet for breakfast doesn't have many things but good enough, I liked it ;) thank you.

  Stayed here for two nights. The room was big and spacious. I loved the Victorian Style. The Carpet is stained, and there is a bad smell in the room. The service was good. Breakfast is provided and they have a good variety of things. Hotel has a shopping mall walking distance and is close to the Grand Place (about 20 minutes walking or 5 min in a car). All in all my experience was good and I would stay here again. I just wish the carpet can be changed.
