Great Hotel. Fantastic location in central Brussels. Large and beautiful rooms. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Complimentary coffee and water in rooms. Good WiFi connection. Ticks all the boxes. Staff could be a tad friendlier, but it may be my taste.

Centrally located in the old town within a 5 minute walk to the Grand Palace and Brussels Central station. The hotel itself is small boutique like and can be easily missed as you stroll through Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. Very walkable to most major sites and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Our room (Double Room - 1 King bed) was located on the 5th floor (top floor). It was clean, spacious and had modern finishing and amenities. The bed is very firm (even for my taste) and could benefit from a pillow top addition. No real issues with noise even with windows open to Les Galeries below. Only noise you would hear is from the occasional guest from the hallway walking to their rooms (5 other rooms on the floor). Once in their room no other noise could be heard. Staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Main lobby was staffed 24/7. Breakfast was included in our package. Pretty standard consistency of cold cuts, cheeses, breads/pastries, juices, dairy products and boiled eggs. We never had an issue getting enough to eat to start our day. The coffee is excellent and they'll even prepare you a Belgian waffle upon request. If you're looking for a traditional English style fry-up you'll need to look elsewhere.
