  Quand la file s'allonge, que le temps passe et que certains clients râlent légitiment mais poliment ; ne râlez donc pas encore plus fort qu'eux ni ne vous en prenez au client suivant, moi, alors que je prenais sur moi tranquillement malgré le retard que j'ai eu ! Dans la précipitation j’ai reçu un ticket de sortie du parking payant carabiné alors qu’il était censé être évidemment gratuit. N’ayant plus le temps j’ai payé ; cela a été compliqué de se faire rembourser surtout que l’agence n’est ouverte que le samedi matin sur tout le w.e.

  J'y loue régulièrement des voitures, j'y ai toujours eu un accueil sympathique et un service efficace. Le personnel fait le nécessaire pour arranger d'éventuels problèmes, certains ne sont pas de leur recours, mais ils font ce qu'ils peuvent pour le mieux.

  Hello! That Herz station charged me 31€ after a proximatly one month past my booking a car! Espetially bad that wile returning, manager said " Everything is OK!" No new scratches and the tank was full ! Terrible!!!

  They charged me 31 euro, 1 month later I don't know what for... I returned the car with the tank full..

  I rent a car from Hertz Gare du Midi in Brussels. The car had a scratch that I had noticed at the beginning and thus I made some photos. When I gave back the car their was an incident and I should pay for the damage however the personnel was VERY POLITE and together with sorted this out. They saw the photo I had sent and they will refund me for the damage charge as it wasn´t me who did it. excellent service in this case.
