  switched in a car that was 7/8 full for a different car that was equally full and get charged 18 euro even after i pointed this out to the guy.... btw all hertz in belguim have horrible third world style reviews its advisable to pick a different company when there

  There is simply no one there. You arrive in front of an office where there is no one and a piece of paper tell you to call a number where no one is answering. Even if you made a reservation in advance like me ... no way I stay 35 minutes in front of the office. I travel every single week and I have never seen this!
