  They repaired during 3 days the front wheel of my sons bike. After we got it back, few days later I found that the front wheel is not stable. I went to another bike shop and they told me the bike was missing some important details. Apparently Niclaes shop forgot to put them during the repair. The shop was closed for 3 week summer vacation, so I could not even contact them. I will probably not go to this shop again.

  I bought a bike on internet which I needed to have assembled so I called this shop to ask if they can do it for a fee. The moment I mentioned to the guy on the phone his tone changed instantly as if I had put a finger in his eye...he reacted as he was insulated by the ask. Sorry but with so many options in the market to get this service it's simply unacceptable practice.

  Good service and explanation when needed. Prices are at the expected level for a personalized store.
