  As a regular customer of car rental services, we've seen quite a few things. Europcar however broke every record this morning in terms of unfriendly and unhelpfull customer service. They were just inches away from me walking out the door and getting my car elsewhere. They couldn't find our reservation, didn't apply the discount, refused the credit card of the company (because the card mentions the owner of the company and he's not the driver), charged extra to add the owner as a driver, couldn't find the company details even though it's the 6 or 7th time we rent a car, seemed unhappy we didn't want to pay for extra insurance, found unreported damage on the car, and on and on... Simple: AVOID
