  Very unprofessional behavior. I decided to book a second visit for a house which required bringing a construction professional with me. I had to take a day off from work, cause the agency refused appointment on Saturday after 12:00. In the end I was waiting in front of the house (with paid professional) and the agent never showed - they called me that they couldn't get the keys - but seriously? It turned out in the meantime the seller has changed the agency, but I was never officially informed about this fact - just saw it on the internet. Very poorly handled situation that caused me one day of holidays less and money I had to pay to the construction professional - he only saw the house from the outside.
