  It's a complete scam. We bought a microvawe in December 2017 and realised straight away that it had a defect. We took it back to the shop for them to send to repair. They promised to call in one week's time to inform about the repair status, but nobody ever called. We called ourselves and went to the shop several times, but none of the employees at the shop ever knew anything and always just promised to call back next day, week, etc. Of course, nobody called. It's been 4 months now and we still haven't got the microwave back from repair and the shop is just promising to call when they have any news. Will never return to this place again.
