  Fantastic, informative, no-fuss service. Got there with high expectations, which were met and surpassed with ease. The store manager and assistant both had a clearly deep understanding of their products, and were able to guide me between different options with well-mannered, never "pushy" and, most importantly, informative suggestions and observations. I got out of the shop enthusiastic for the purchase(s) and the overall experience.

  I had bought shoes from this Crocket & Jones establishment on several occasions but never before have I had the outstanding level of customer service that I experienced during my visit this past weekend. Both the shop manager and assistant provided exceptional attention during my time there. I entered the store with a vague idea of what I was looking for, however, due to the expertise and profound knowledge of their store's products, this duo also convinced me to consider various styles that I may otherwise have overlooked. So good was their level service that they expertly guided me towards a beautiful and high quality pair of shoes that I am most pleased to have purchased. Many upscale stores in the area (and indeed elsewhere) would do well to learn from the professional and customer-centric staff at Crocket & Jones Brussels. The management of this store elevates the shopping experience of Crocket & Jones to a new level of professionalism and creates a fantastic shopping journey into a world of quality and craftsmanship.   Une boutique ou les deux jeunes femmes sont TOUT simplement Super pro. Ayant beaucoup de difficultés à me chausser : je suis devenue Fidèle à cette Maison. Conseils, gentillesse, disponibilité, sourire et rapidité : bref une vraie boutique de luxe. A découvrir et a fréquenter sans réserves. Merci Mesdemoiselles et belle continuation.

  Mooie schoenen maar de service is minder. Weer eens : vandaag wou ik 3 paar schoenen kopen.Toen ik het tweede paar aan het passen was, kwam een andere klant binnen (een nerveuse Fransman). zonder mij te vragen of ik kon wachten of aan de Fransman of hij kon wachten, liet ze me zitten en begon die andere klant te bedienen, denkende dat ik toch zou wachten...Ik ben dan verontwaardigd afgestapt met 1 paar schoenen. Misschien moet ik meer spagetti eten om aan uw winkeljuffrouw te wennen. Waar is die Nederlandstalige gentleman die vroeger bij u werkte en die Spaanstalige ???.Het is echt een ellende in uw winkel: ik ben 2 keer beledigd weggegaan : de eerste keer met geen schoenen en de 2 de keer met 1 paar in plaats van met 3 paar schoenen;
