  Hier heerst er nog een echte ambtenaars sfeer. Ik had op 2 januari 2018 een bediende die heel klantonvriendelijk handelde omdat ik tegen de sluitingstijd het postkantoor nog binnenwandelde, de man heeft me ook niet meer willen bedienen omdat hij het geld van zijn kassa aan het tellen was!! Een echte ambtenaars sfeer dus! Uiteindelijk ben ik dan naar de Delhaize gegaan waar ook post verhandeld wordt, en daar verdienen ze een dikke 10/10 op klantvriendelijkheid!!

  Six, count them, six packages from the UK stolen or lost at this office in less than 2 months. Horrendously bad. Every single person working at this office should be fired for misconduct.

  One of the most horrible services possible. Extremely rude and if packets coming from the Uk arrive at this location 99.9% of those packets get "lost" ( read stolen) in "grimbergen". This is one of those offices that need a restructure so brutally all people need to be either reassigned or if there is ample proof of mishandling packages they should be fired because they do not do the work correctly.
