::Elke keer opnieuw een top service. Ontzettend aardige mensen aan de balie, die hun werk goed doen.

::Traag en niet conform aan de bpost standaard. Heb 2 pakjes besteld van 2 verschillende leveranciers en deze kwamen allebei rond 7 uur 'ochtends in respectievelijke distributiekantoren, 1 kwam 's ochtends toe in Ternat en binnen de 4 uur stond die aan mijn deur, Top! In Vilvoorde is een hele werkdag om een pakje te verwerken blijkbaar niet genoeg. Zo traag! Nu heb ik niet enkel verlof genomen voor niets maar moet ik het hele weekend wachten voor ik het pakje toegestuurd zal krijgen. B E L A C H E L I J K Doe hier alstublieft iets aan! (1 ster is trouwens al te veel maar minder kan helaas niet. Echte rating : - 27 Sterren)

::I was waiting for a shipment for 15 days, and i was tracking it online everyday until it arrived to vilvoorde, and then they sent it back because the number of the box wasn't on the shipment while my name is on the box and on the shipment!!! And my belgian number was also on the shipment.. they sent it back so my family had to send it again and pay again!

::I really don't like coming here but unfortunately I sometimes have to. There's no place to leave your car, there's always a queue and the opening hours are very limited. It's a nightmare. Times are changing folks, so should you.
