::J'adore le design des produits Bodum! La magasin est très grand, on entre par la partie café où l'ont s'asseoir prendre un thé/café. De la petite restauration est aussi à disposition. Seul bémol, j'ai appris par les employés que le magasin fermera ses portes en avril... :(

::Pour un très bon café à proximité des grandes enseignes de commerce. Vous pourrez y trouver toutes sortes de cafés à déguster ou à emporter, vous pourrez également acheter tout ce qui vous sera utile pour faire ou contenir votre café. Bel endroit pour se faire ou faire des cadeaux.

::il faut distingue deux choses côté magasin et côté café. côté magasin rien a dire grand espace .on y trouve tout. par contre côté café..... déception total . employés pas organisé, temps d'attente long. pour un prix exorbitants.

::Vandaag deed ik een aankoop in de Bodum winkel in Brussel. Aan de kassa sprak ik Nederlands (alsjeblieft en dankkwel). Maar toen ik vroeg of ik een kleine winkeltas kon krijgen, vroeg de kassiersters heel verbaasd: quoi? Je ne parle pas le néerlandais. Haar collega, die naast haar Chinees sprak tegen een Chinese vrouw verstond mij ook niet. Ik heb mijn vraag dan in het Frans gesteld, tot grote opluchting van de kassierster. Toen heb ik, heel beleefd, mijn teleurstelling laten blijken. Dat de collega wel in staat was om Engels en Chinees te spreken maar niet in staat om een fatsoenlijke zin in het Nederlands te maken. Wil dat zeggen dat ik mij dan NIET welkom moet voelen in jullie winkel en voortaan geen Bodumprodukten meer moet kopen? Een beetje welwillendheid mag er toch wel zijn? Zeker als de klant zich ook zo opstelt.
