::Na enkele jaren ontdekte ik Beautiful Nails by Linde. Sindsdien geen problemen meer met de gelnagels. Vriendelijk onthaal. Correcte verzorging en info over het zo lang mogelijk behouden van die prachtige nagels. Veel positieve reacties van vrienden en kennissen. Zelfs een luisterend oor krijg je tijdens de manicure. Je kan je op nog heel wat andere manieren laten verwennen in deze zaak.

::Het toeval bracht me in de lente van dit jaar naar Linde, mijn gelukstreffer! Mijn nagels waren echt toe aan professionele verzorging met een warme attentie en een vrolijke noot. Dit alles heb ik bij Linde en haar team gevonden en maakt dat ik na elk verwenbezoek niet alleen een blije maar ook tevreden klant bent met super mooie en stevige gelnagels. Menig complimentje heb ik intussen in ontvangst mogen nemen. Voor mij is er maar één adres : Beautiful Nails by Linde!

::Ik ben al jaren een trouwe en tevreden klant! Hoewel ik destijds een éénmalige afspraak gemaakt had voor gelnagels op mijn huwelijksdag, ben ik sindsdien klant gebleven! Mijn nagels zien er altijd piekfijn verzorgd uit en ik kijk telkens weer uit naar mijn afspraak bij Linde. Een zalig verwenmoment na een drukke werkweek. Elke behandeling wordt met zorg afgewerkt en Linde legt haar klanten extra in de watten met een koffietje of cava en een fijne babbel. The place to be voor perfecte nageltjes!

::What you should know before you go there: as of November, 2017 proper professional pedicure is NOT done in this place. At least, not by Linde neither by Caroline (I think that was the name of my master). Manicure I have never done in this studio. Pros: It feels like at friends home with typical women chit-chats, super informal atmosphere. Rather customer-oriented. Cons: Lack of professionalism, poor hygiene, quite old-fashioned. Now the whole story. I have experience with having my nails done in different studios of various price categories, and it was the first time at Linde's. I chose the place blindly based on Google reviews: 4.7 seemed very promising, so here I was. I have to say that Linde is not a pedicure master, she is busy doing the hands, but I had a chance to observe how the manicure was done and I felt little sorry for the ladies: the process was interrupted every now and then because Linde answered phone calls, talked to other visitors and even.. cleaned the butt of her dog who had diarrhea and was strained in poop.. I mention poor hygiene not because of the dog though. The pedicure chair seemed extremely dirty with its protecting cover once white but now grey because of not being changed or washed. The instruments were all kept in one open glass standing on a table which i doubt is a sanitary norm. Also I had my doubts if they were sterilised after the previous customer. My master was not at all a professional, she had a month experience in making a pedicure! Friendly girl, but clumsy and a little lost. It took her ages to find the colour I asked for, she could not figure out how the lamp worked, I needed to ask her to redo some things and the whole "pedicure" without colouring took maybe 15 minutes, it was not at all properly done! On top of this, the colour I chose did not match the end result :D I don't mind trainees and I am a super loyal customer! But I came ready to pay the full price and I expect a professional treatment. If the master is a trainee, this should be explicitly mentioned before the treatment and you can never ask a customer to pay a full price. Linde noticed I left a one-star review on Google and immediately addressed this to me. The conversation was slightly strained and I pointed out why I was unhappy with the service. Eventually, I paid 50% of the price which I find a fair price for this poor quality. But still left disappointed, because I will need to redo my nails very soon. Now 2 days later, you see no signs of a pedicure done. The colour will hopefully stay longer, yes, but this is just a quality of a gellak, not a master's achievement. Tip: if you want to have a chit-chat, go there. If you are seeking for a qualified pedicure treatment, this is not a place to be.

::You don't just go to Linde Nails in Leuven to get your nails done (beautifully), you go there for the customer experience. Linde and Maud are professional, fast, flexible and always on time. And Linde is best in town for knowing what colour suits you, she is incredible! I have been a customer for nearly 5 years and would not conceive going anywhere else. Actually, if I ever relocate, I'll have to ask Linde to come along :-)
