  I had a very bad experience with Autoclick in Brussels. I returned the car clean from any injury at 7pm. They checked the car and told me that there was no damage. I sign a document with no notes about demages. They dindnt give me any receipt and any signed document to prove that, what makes me think that everything was planned. To my surprise, I received at 8:40pm an mail (after returning the car) with a notice that the car was hit and that I was charged with the credit card. I have two witnesses at the scene who then went to the airport with me.

  If you are renting a car from these people because their price look cheaper on the net, please don’t. I see now the comments from other real customers, (not local guides or other people who may be their own people), saying the same thing. At the end it costs much higher and your nerves may be ruined. I have been renting cars for years, but never seen such a lousy service and mafia-like team, who abuse customers. In our case they thought car was dirty (it was not) and told us they would deduce a huge amount of money for it. They said it was written in the contract. It was not. Then they said that it was written on their websites and we should have read it before hand. At the end we did not, rightfully, pay anything extra after bitter quarrels but it was a horrible customer experience. To sum, if you are looking for a good service, kind employees, and Professional treatment, don’t pick Autoclick.

  Should have read the reviews (most of them negative as one can see) beforehand! Very bad experience. They said they cannot accept the car without extra payment or full interior cleaning (please see the photos of the interior of the car) because as it is stated somewhere in their website (!) all cars need to be returned fully cleaned. They were OK in the end but the experience was not nice. Not recommended.

  terrible experience! again the company where you need to read the cmall letters in the right coner. Very agressive team..lie about conditions and let you sign the contract without reading it. I paid more then 400€ for the small car for 10 days in the end. Not recommended..

  To be fair, the cars, pick-up and drop-of services are as advertised. Apart from that Autoclick Brussels is a terrible experience. While they have low upfront fares the catch is selling consumers additional insurance coverage. Just Say No? Doesn't matter. They will charge you anyway "for the full package of assurance that you took as extra". Avoid this company!
