  Didn't sleep the whole week I was here as people were partying right below the window until 4AM almost every single day. No choice but to sleep with the window open because the room was terribly hot.

  Prima hotel voor de kosten van een overnachting. De parkeergarage is erg moeilijk te bereiken met een wat langere auto dus dan is het betaald parkeren op straat. Het personeel is verder vriendelijk en de kamers zijn prima op orde. De douche is aan de krappe kant, maar zeker geen afknapper. Al met al dus een prima hotel voor wanneer kosten een belangrijke factor zijn.

  Cet hôtel est très bien pour visiter la ville. C'est à dire juste pour dormir. Bon rapport qualité prix.

  Hotel in ottima posizione. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché si pagava (?). Abbiamo prenotato e pagato on line, ma inspiegabilmente, ogni giorno, il personale della reception (ogni giorno uno diverso) ci chiedeva di pagare. Questi signori, inoltre, pur avendo un hotel al centro di Bruxelles, pretendono che i loro ospiti conoscano il fiammingo. Siamo nel 2014, svegliatevi!

  If you are driving, this hotel is definitely a wrong choice. The entrance is small and awkward , unless you have a tiny car your car will surely get damaged, and you are paying 15 euros a night for damaging your car, which is going to cost you in excess of 1000£s. Furthermore the parking lot smells of raw sewerage. Overall appearance is far from 3star . More like 1 star. Hardly any toiletries, no extra pillows, when asked at the reception we were told there were none left, no kettles in the rooms, safe was jammed , airconditioner out of order in one of the room. Carpets were bit tired and bedding needed updating. Two gentlemen at the front desk were nice and polite but the lady night at the night desk was mean and rude. I will not choose this hotel again and would not recommend to any one. You can get much better hotel at this price.
