  I have been a faithful client of this pharmacy as I work next to it and I suffer from chronic pain after a back surgery which means I have spent many hundreds of euros in medication, orthopaedic equipment (heating belts etc) and dietary supplements (Ergysport, Curcudyn) in there. However, I will not go there any more, as the other day one of the employees (a lady of around 40-50 years) was very nasty with me, mocking me about my question which she misunderstood and then educating me how I should ask my question and accusing me of being "not sympathetic". I am going to a pharmacy because I am suffering from pain 24/24 and that day I also had other issues. In this situation, I would expect the personnel to be serving me in a sympathetic way and not being offensive like that.
