  soirée de galère. 2 h à attendre pour les clés car l'agent est retenu: les boîtes à code cela existe!!! Un agent d'accueil peu professionnel qui jette les clés par terre pour trouver la nôtre, en oublie une autre dans notre chambre au moment de partir et revient donc 5 min après que nous soyons couchés en frappant pour la récupérer. Des excuses, mais pas de geste commercial! Chambre relativement sale et peu confortable : tartre dans la salle de bain, simple vitrage, matelas très fin pas confortable...

  Logement correcte et propre mais le service de réservation plus la réception des clefs reste vraiment limite...

  Check-in was difficult because you had to call, wait a long time on the phone, to finally be told that you had to wait 20 minutes for an agent to come and let you in. Agent was not particularly friendly. The wifi code available in the room was incorrect, it took two phone calls to get the password. On the second day, the door lock did not work so I had to wait for an agent to come fix it at 10pm. And the appartment really stank a lot. Not recommended.

  It's ok place, actually depends very much of it which apartment you are going to get. For example apartment on the first floor was newer then another one on the third floor, which I chosed because was better bed and bathroom and kitchen had a microwave. But again apartment H1 had a great night curtains while in D3 were funny useless one.
