  Great service attitude. Has opened an office in Luxembourg which provide many types of counsellor services on Saturday so you don't need to take a Holiday or travel to Brussels for most of the things. The service provider at the Luxembourg counsellor office in Echternach is professional and helpful. In addition the Embassy employees took a great initiative to come to Luxembourg city to give back the renewed passports which would otherwise have taken 7 days for the users to send the old passport and get them returned. That too on a Sunday. One criticism is that the communication could be more systematic

  Never again poor service and the staff can’t even speak English or local language better of going to pakistan embassy Khalidtan zindabaad
