  More or less helpful finding your way through the administrative nightmare that is Leuven's application system. No queues when I got there. Turns out that the deadlines on the website are only indicative. You can apply later. They managed to give me a credit contract registration within 10 days.

  The staff is very responsive, despite the fact that they have to handle an incredible amount of foreign students. They guide the students step by step through their application.
