  poor quality (they do not know how to iron!!!!), rude staff and very expensive. Save yourself some troubles and skip this shop.

  Service is poor and prices are expensive for what they offer. Personal experience: I wanted to have a formal dress cleaned and steamed. I was told that the price would be 25 euros, to be paid after the service was completed. I went to pick up my dress 10 days after and they had done nothing, nor had they called me to tell me there was a problem with my order (even though they had asked for my mobile number). They said I should pay 80 euros instead as the price applicable should be that of a wedding dress. I found this extremely unprofessional. I would personally not recommend this dry cleaner's shop to anyone.

  If you want to totally ruin your expensive branded tie - this is the place! How difficult to dry clean a tie? Took three days for them to do it and when I went to pick it up, it was still not ironed (was bumpy and without a shape). Took it anyways as I lost the trust. Went home and saw a stain still remaining. I am very angry and will definitely not bring anything to them any more. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  Poor service. I don't recommend. Advertised as "done in 24 hours", she was very unpleasant and asked for 4 days for 5 shirts. Went to an non-affiliated pressing on Schuman/Chaussée d'Auderghem and was welcome with a smile. For the same price, the shirts are ready tomorrow...
